This bag has enough space for carrying enough stuff for a getaway but can also be used on the daily as it doesn’t occupy much space if not filled !

I am seventy three and have just travelled to Devon and back to Kent by train with my dog. My first priority was to be able to pick up my dog when boarding the train and have one hand free to grasp the bar to pull myself up onto the train. (Knees are not what they used to be) it is easy for me to get this rucksack up on my back fully packed. Packing is easy because laid flat the rucksack opens like a suit case. My clothes did not get screws up. I packed seven long sleeved T Shirts , two shirts, one pair of jeans, seven pairs of socks, a pair of trainers, pair of PJ’s , toiletries and underwear. It was enough for my weeks walking holiday. I wore my walking boots whilst travelling . A great rucksack, strong zips and plenty of strapping to secure it. I consider it good value for the price.

The quality is amazing, is very resistant to heavy stuff, i am happy. the single minus is the zipper locks, they are loud like bells and irritates me

I'll say immediately that I'm on my second iteration of this bag. And I'll also say, I've never quite taken to it.There's nothing wrong with it - the compartments are large enough, and the secondary compartment fits my massive laptop. The material is super-durable, and the MOLLE attachments are useful.It does the job well! So why the doubts? Because it's basic, and not built for comfort - the back is not ventilated, and the straps not that padded. It's not that comfortable, and it's just shy of 40l, meaning that while it's ok for a few days away, it falls down on those moments when you need to carry a bit more.Having said that, it's really difficult to find a rucksack out there that fits my requirements - they're either too small, or built for a World trek. So, I can't really complain. Make your choice, and you have a good chance of ending up satisfied.

This bag suits me very well. It is sturdy and the pockets are well designed to accommodate a range of items without having to wratch around - as is often the case - for things you stashed in there that you need in a hurry. Stitching looks good and with this you can't go wrong.

I use this to carry all my Airsoft gear from the car to the "safe zone". It has fantastic carrying capacity and has Molle for extra pouch attachments if needed. The shoulder straps are wide enough to be comfortable yet thin enough not to impede movement. I use these 'military' rucksacks as my day-to-day bag and replace them when they die. The last one died by the zip breaking when I tried to put too much stuff in it (and it had done some serious work for many months beforehand) so I replaced it with this bag.Now while these rucksacks are all similar in style they do have individual differences and this one is the best yet. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, there are more components so it is easier to store and find things. Second is the number of supporting straps. If you are carrying a heavy load there are a number of straps to make sure that the bag is tight against you making it easier to carry and less chance of injury.
