How do I download the printer editing software?

The download link is provided in the user manual. You can also send us a message via Amazon to request the download link.

Why does the ticket printer produce a blank page when I click the print button?

This may be due to the paper is loaded incorrectly; the thermal coating should face down. Please refer to the instructions on the details page.

What should I do when the included original number paper runs out?

You can purchase thermal paper available on the market for replacement that meets the following specifications: a roll diameter of 5 cm or less, and a width of 57 or 58 mm. However, we recommend purchasing original refill rolls.

Why does the printer keep printing "000"? Why did the date and time suddenly stop updating automatically?

The built-in battery that stores the last printed number and time may have run out. Replace the battery can fix this problem.

Is this machine limited to printing only one queue number ticket each time the button is pressed?

Yes, by default, only one ticket is printed per button press. If you need to print multiple tickets at once, use the software to modify the "print times" to a different value. For example, set it to 2, and two same copies will be printed each time..
