This shoulder DOP Teruel is produced using the traditional process of salting and curing. It presents a bright red color with a juicy texture and plenty of white marbling. On tasting we appreciate an intense aroma and flavor with an unctuous texture, leaving a long and pleasant aftertaste. This ham comes with a ham holder.

Great service and the meat was really good. Didn't know what to expect when I ordered it but it was the perfect novelty for the Christmas period where guests could help themselves to slices of jamon. Contacted seller for some advice on cutting and queries on the fat content etc and they were really helpful. Will order again next year - maybe ready for the green acorn black pig version!
