If you are looking for something to deter or daze an intruder this will work. I have not had to use it, thankfully. But, if I need it I know it has the power to stop anyone. Plus, they shoot those pepper balls. You don't have to aim or be exact. Just point it toward the intruder and pull the trigger. The area for the pepper ball "dust" is large and will incapacitate almost anyone. Or you can use the solid balls. I can't imagine those feel good when they hit. It's powerful and and built very well. It's lightweight and can be held with one hand, even those will small hands would not have an issue. It's a solid purchase!

Very nice for the price. It doesn’t pack the punch of other launchers around its price point like the HDP50, but it is still nice, it has features others don’t, like removable mag, and pressure release valve, but the power is not up to par of others in this price point, but it’s still a nice launcher

I'm giving this item a one-star review because Amazon will not allow me to give it a negative star review. I received this item in the mail today and loaded a fresh CO2 cartridge in it and loaded the magazine and began to test it. After going through for magazines the weapon jammed. I tried replacing the CO2 cartridge and replacing the magazine. The trigger pulls with no magazine in it but as soon as you put a loaded magazine and the trigger will no longer pull and the hammer is locked in the back position. Completely worthless. Do not waste your time or money on this cheap piece of junk.

Just got it yesterday. The 2.7g Rubber steel balls work better than 3.7g Riotballs eventhough Riotballs are heavier... the Rubber Steel balls are slightly larger and fill the barrel space much better so make them hit harder. Get this one AND the Ux HDP AND the HDR ... don't just rely on one item. Get more and PRACTICE not only for your skill but to see which one lasts and works best.

I am very impressed. I have purchased several non-lethal from Amazon Best Buy far is one of the best almost as good as a sabre, Sabre has twice the power. Howe.\n Ver, the lancer scorpion is compact and is great Shooting pepper rounds.

I like this pistol better than Umerex HDP 50. The Scorpion has some great features. I like that it's mag fed. It has a CO² release valve which makes it simple to switch canisters. I'm have trouble with the Scorpion misfiring. I think I might have a damaged mag.

It’s a much better price option, for personal none lethal protection!
