Weakest magnetic effect ever.
I agree with other reviewers that the magnetic effect of this tape is very, very weak. I was hoping it would keep a shower door shut as there is a magnetic seal on the door. But the effects of both are actually so weak that the door is not held to the rest of the shower. In fact it's almost as if there is no magnetic seal at all.I guess this tape has very specific and limited use.

Weak magnet
Not fit for any purpose I can think of. Magnet is so weak it can barely hold it's own weight on a vertical mild steel surface. I cannot imagine why anyone would give a 5 star rating based on the product I received. Don't waste your time - there are other similar products on Amazon that work way better.

do not waste your money on this
this strip is as magnetic as a tea towel, it could not hold a feather in place. Nothing normal was sticking to it, so I tried to stick a piece of this tape to a superstrong neodymium magnet that can hold about 10kg of weight and this just fell of it - unbelievable. Totally useless.

If you want thick black tape that does nothing, this is for you!
Awful, this is basically just tape. Not mangetic at all, with a bit of effort its stron enough to lift a paper clip a few mm up but then it just falls off. Totally useless, real waste of my money.
