How do you blow it up? Do you need a pump or can you just do it using your mouth?!

You need a pump unless you have strong lungs i used a battery powered one cost £20 but gets used for other inflatables well worth the money used it on the beach no problem don't buy a cheap one it won't last. Hope this helps.
