This is a well designed and manufactured piece of equipment. It took my 18g EXTREMELY hard water and turned it into perfect, soft drinkable, latherable water. My water was HORRIBLE due to the wells in my town changing due to population growth. My plates, silverware, glasses, clothes etc became disgusting. One day.... one day after installation and I had calcium deposits falling off of faucets. My dishes started to clear. My soap began to lather and my clothes became much cleaner with regular detergent. This is one of the best investments I've made to my house in a long time.

The system works great and we are very pleased with it. The installation was a problem because the person I had help install it (not a Plummer) was not so good😄I spent a lot of time communicating via Email with tech support getting things right. Tec support was supportive and helped. The instructions are not as good as they should be and they have not created a video on this particular model that would help a lot.I thing the system os great but suggest using a Plummer to install.

cost effective and economical solution for soft water. Does not use a lot of chemicals - very efficient. Very happy to have soft water. Still works as intended.

We recently recently purchased a Genesis water softener from Discount Water Softeners and could not be happier. We had previously purchased a Pelican “salt free” softener and after a lot of up and back they finally admitted that their “water softener” does not actually soften water. Which explains all the spots all over my dishes and shower doors. We wanted a system that used as little salt as possible and the Genesis fit the bill. My husband is actually not the most handy guy and with a lot of technical support from them he was able to install the system without issue. We are so happy to finally have a system that actually does what we want. Highly recommend.

This is the best water filtration/softener I've had. I tried a salt free system from a competitor and it did not work. I live in Boulder, CO area and the water here is very hard. My wife had eczema and with the Genesis water softener she no longer has it. Softest and cleanest water ever.
