WorldSIM International SIM Card - Including £10 Credit

I came back to WorldSIM after 4 years for my trip through Middle East and Africa. Was pleasantly surprised with 4G data speed and call quality. I was also able to forward my regular number to WorldSIM number so I could receive all my calls as normal. For me this was great as WorldSIM offered free incoming calls in most of the destinations I visited. Good data rates for when I needed and my work was NOT affected in any way. My data usage was cheap and yet extremely reliable :)

Bought 2 of those sim cards to use on my holiday in Andorra - for myselfs and wifes mobile as my mobile network does not provide service in this country.Long story short - card doesnt work - cant make any calls, cant send text messeges - at least in Andorra. I have contacted Worldsim customer care and spent 1h on the chat trying to get this resolved, they even called me (yes - could receive calls) and promised to escalate and call me back - which has never happened. Do not recommend.Good full refund was done by Amazon - that is the only good point.

The aim card it horrible. I mean as in the service world SIM provides. And Ur credit finishes without even using it. Not a fan of this simple card.

Well the only positive thing I would have to say is that there was no hassle in setting this up, online was easy and took a few moments. Popped the SIM card in the phone and got a signal within a minute and was acrive.Now the downside for your callers, even though it says UK number the fact is it's a channel Islands number so either isle of man or jersey! So the charges your callers will rack up are extremely high as they are charged at international rate and some networks add a connection charge one caller was charged £1.25p per minute where others 16p per minute. Even though you personally don't get charged for any incoming calls!Was disappointed by the high charges my callers faced and I am disappointed worldsim does not state this clearly on their website.I am yet to try it abroad and hoping it works well as in the UK minus the high charges faces by callers.

Followed the instructions to the letter, yet the SIM card would not even work in the UK. Registered online for my £10 and it didn’t credit me. The SIM card was finally recognised whilst abroad but still no credit. Spoke to customer service who kept telling me I had no credit and I was not recognised as a customer, and they wanted me to go to online chat (had no internet access). Spent 25 minutes on the phone and got nowhere. Utter garbage and a much better option is to just buy a local SIM card which also works out much cheaper - £35 for 10gb rather than £75 for 2GB.
