Every time it’s turned on and Zeroed it jumps up to 2g and then have to Zero it again, it’s so infuriating. Also seems to jump up randomly and then settle back down

Reset can play up a little and battery runs out quick but otherwise great lightweight scales

I smashed out last set and had to replace them. I spotted the Salter brand and went for them. They were a little but more expensive than the "no name" alternatives but that is money well spent. They use AAA batteries so not the fiddly little CR2032 like the old ones. The display is clear and bright and the scales are easy to use. They are smoked glass so very easy to clean.

My previous Salter same type but the buttons were on the top. This has them on the side the slightest touch in the wrong place when zeroing will add 4g + and carefully try again. Seems less of a problem with a bowl or cup on it for zeroing. As for accuracy I have no precision weights to gauge it.
