This product was recommended by my Physical therapist after my knee replacement surgery after my incision healed well enough to allow for a typical cream. I think it really helped my skin to heal much more quickly than it would have without it. I have since bought it several more times to use on my hands and feet. It absorbers nicely. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because some people may not like it's smell. I find it very pleasant but a bit strong. I do recommend it for healing and for dry skin

It protects my skin, and keeps it from getting so dry. I've been using it for maybe 20 years now, and truly rely on it morning and night, and after swimming. I like that it's not too perfumy.
