Good for beginners
I haven't done Tracy Anderson for a couple of years so this was good to get started up again. This has 3 different challenges so no matter what your mood you can do.

Ok, quite simplistic and she's incredibly annoying! The bite size chunks are quite good if your short on time and moves feel like they work but there are only 3 routines which I feel will get tired very quickly

Good beginners workout from Tracy. I have got the original mat workout and like to have others for variety. She explains the exercises really well. I prefer Tracy's workouts to some others that bulk me up too much!!

She is a bit annoying, but once you've got the hang of it, turn the volume down. Good introduction. No need to use weights etc. When you are doing the 1st workout easily then move onto the second.
