I read some reviews and saw some people talking about it being too sheer so I was worried, but took a chance. It actually is super great and dark. The only light the shines through is the top, but that's because my light is literally right on top of it, so that's to be expected. Other than that, no light comes through and it's actually so dark that I had to install little string lights inside so I could still have some light when I want without having to turn the entire bedroom light on.The material is very similar to a shower curtain so that was a bit odd, but it works because its super thin, so I don't have to worry about it getting too hot inside during the summer.The length of the curtains compared to my frame was a bit too long, so I ended up cutting off about 6inches from the bottom, so they don't drag on the floor.Installation was very simple, though I needed a second person to help me install the top part.The photos show that the hanging rope and hooks are white, but mine were actually black, which was 100x better anyways. The photos also show the corner ties are white, but mine were black & gold which looked so elegant. There's clearly a difference between what is shown versus what you get, but I preferred what I received so it was a great surprise. Though some people might prefer white, so letting you know.You also don't have to install the curtains exactly the way as shown in the photos if it doesn't work for you! There's 3 curtains total, 1 that covers the entire headboard + half the sides, then 2 that cover the other halfsides + footboard. So instead of having openings in the middle of the bed like shown in the photos, I actually moved the curtains down more to have the opening near the head of my bed, so I can reach outside and grab stuff off my nightstand.

For the price and based on the pictures I expected it to be a thicker material - not black out, but at least window curtain material. It is literally SHOWER CURTAINS.I bought twin size poles for my daughter’s twin size bed and it doesn’t close all the way. The curtain is either too short on the width sections or a few inches on the length sections (each curtain goes over a corner to cover “half a width and have a length.”I’d definitely recommend finding one nicer or just going to the store and finding long window curtains since this just attaches with cheap white shower curtain loops.

I love this item! Can’t recommend it enough. It is perfect for people who want a complete blackout in their room, little to no sunlight gets in if the curtain is completely closed. I love the material, I love the look, especially for the price. I put up some lights in mine and it is just wonderful to look at. Also, assembly is really easy and straightforward, I would just recommend having some help as there are a few parts where having a partner to hold the curtain as we put the loops on the rod made it a little easier to assemble. Overall, it’s an excellent product at a great price.

The media could not be loaded. I truly love these curtains they are light weight vibrant and they paired very well for the project I was using them for. The design is only one-sided the inside of the curtains are white and the outside of the curtains have the design. Which is perfect for the style I was going for; I have a canopy bed that is black I wanted the outside to have black blackout curtains so it’s like an adult fort that appears black but has a theme on the inside when the outside curtains are tied back. The material is similar to a shower curtain I don’t see a problem with this as it’s perfect for seasonal uses and they are not blackout for me personally I am ok with this as I will be adding a quality blackout curtain to the exterior. The length is perfect as it fits a king sized canopy bed well. The curtains come with shower hook as I have canopy posts so I had to get creative and tie yarn to hang the curtains and the tops will be covered with a black canopy cover to have a clean finish. Unfortunately I was only able to upload one video but I can updated the post when I finish the project. (My curtains are turned inside out so that I can enjoy the color pattern as the pattern is not apart of my room decor and I would like to freely interchange the look of my bed while keeping the outside look standard)

These curtains are not black out! They also seem pretty paper-like, but they are tougher than they look and look really nice on my cheap canopy frame. BONUS- I feel super cozy and safe inside my little bed cave! They were better than I thought they would be based on the price. I also skipped using the ties and used some clips since I only open the one side. Over all I really like them and I sleep better in my new cute cave bed! Also super easy to put on! Only took a few minutes! Over all would recommend.

Smells like cat pee, we washed the curtains and the smell is still there, and the curtains feel like a trash bag not really what I was expecting. A little disappointed but they look okay. Not thick material. Size was correct, a few hooks were broken.

I love the "Black Canopy Bed Curtains," that I purchased from Amazon! They are of high quality fabric. And just as in the product description when they say that when you have them all down, "not tied around the posts," they are truly capable of creating a blackout effect. It's like your in your own comfy cave. I also absolutely love the fact that the product comes with a top covering most all the others that I looked at only offered Curtains for the sides, so that was a huge plus. Lastly they overall add a bit of class to my bed as well as my room. My new canopy curtains for my bed make me feel like someone special like, a Greek Gooddess. My only issue is, that my three little kittens continuously attempt to climb the curtains...the material is durable enough for that to happen but I can't/won't allow it because even though they are strong enough I don't want to risk getting snags of any kind from their claws on my beautiful new bed canopy! I highly recommend the "Black Canopy Bed Curtains!" Maybe not having to battle three adorable kittens though.
