Follows the further process of smoking, which makes the flavor more intense and strong. Handmade, is sold in packs of Kg. 1, composed of several pieces based on availability and size, witness that the production purely hand craftsmanship. Food packed in envelope, and later inserted in special packaging polystyrene.
