Disappointment after initial delight
This hose was perfect for the first month but bought it at the end of summer and didn't use over the winter. Tried it again after a dry spell in the Spring, and the spray attachment no longer seems to fit. The hose leaks at the top where the spray attaches and I get soaked. The thread doesn't seem to have gone and I have tried it many times now with the same result. The hose itself still works perfectly - no leaks, light weight, doesn't damage plants. I emailed the makers to see if they could help, but they didn't bother to reply. Such a brilliant hose, and such a great price, but its value is greatly reduced if I can't use the spray attachment - the water pressure blasts small plants out of the ground. I wish it still worked like it did last year!

Initially thought was Great Value Product - BUT only if you do not have a cat or dog!
Exactly as it says on the box - kink free and space-saving. It is even colour-coded to my block paving. Making the most use of it `i can before use of hose pipes is banned . for the summer! The only potential issue I see is that the cat is excited by it filling up and expanding when the tap is turned on and wants to kill it&; - cat has not caused any leaks yet, the multiple setting spray head lets the hose defend itself effectively, but humanely! No cats were harmed during the testing of this hose.UPDATE - after only a few weeks the cat killed the hose! Insufficient protection of inner sleeve meant that a puncture by a claw causes the inner sleeve to contract. Could repair a hole on an ordinary hose, but one hole in this hose is terminal.

A brilliant piece of garden equipment
A brilliant piece of garden equipment; so versatile; easily moved around the garden and so flexible, but do not switch off at the nozzle end with the tap on, or the inside tube will be damaged. This hosepipe is so much stronger that others I've bought, I had to buy a couple of cheap connectors, as my current ones are female, but that was no problem.The delivery was incredibly fast and delivered in almost a day and a half, which was a Sunday!

You pay for what you get!
Was let down by this item, actually should have paid the extra for an xhose, can’t get this to stop leaking anywhere around the tap connector.Tried everything but nope, leaks down the hose and generally around the connector!! Not good, definitely going back!!

Very poor packaging?
Arranged quickly but with NO packaging. Just received box that was partially opened? Fits to outside tap but connector join leaks so have had to use plumbers tap to secure. Once fitted worked well on first use...will see how long it will last?

great product
I'm disabled and was thrilled on how light the hose is. I could never water the front, but it is easy with this. I personally don't care for the bright colours of many of them, but the black is great!

Leaks after 3 months use
Initially loved it, found it inconvenient that other standard attachments could not be attached, but hassle free watering. 4 months later it leaks in several places. I would have expected it to last a lot longer than this. Would not recommend.

A good hose and kink free and very easy to store
A good hose and kink free and very easy to store, the only problem i had was finding the correct fittings so i could connect it to my kitchen mixer tap.

Not fit for purpose.
Worked twice and then leaked badly. When I complained I was told it was too late.Whatever happened to 12 months guarantee and goods needing to be of merchantable quality.Putting me off buying from Amazon.

Only lasted 12mth
Bought this last August, was ok at first but spray started to leak after few uses and had to replace it. The hose has now just burst and split in half.
