Wooden handle is a bit rough (I picked it up and immediately got a splinter), and the mop head is still "shedding" (leaving fuzz behind), several weeks after we started using it regularly. That said, the mop head is thick and absorbent. Could've bought the same thing for the same quality locally.

I was looking for a strong wooden handle and this is flimsy and flexible. I could see it breaking one day whereas breaking an industrial mop would have to be intentional.

Epoxy Sand floor garage....
If you have a garage with epoxy sand floor do not use, the mop shreds and make a worse mess than you started with...

MADE IN CHINA - Complete Garbage - Poor Quality
Handle is warped badly and is cracked. It's made from a very poor quality softwood, will not last long. Bolts that attach the metal mop head holder to the handle are over sized so no matter how much you tighten them the metal wobbles back and forth on the stick and this will lead to breakage very quickly . End piece on the handle (the mop hanger) was not seated at all, and the staple that is supposed to be holding it barley went through the plastic. This mop is complete garbage, ZERO QUALITY, Buyer Beware! Photos included.

Definitely a not durable hardwood handle -that's always been pretty standard. One other issue was the mop head
Simple problem. The mop handle broke in two the first time it was used. Handle appeared to be of inferior wood (soft/light with many knots). Definitely a not durable hardwood handle -that's always been pretty standard. One other issue was the mop head. During the 10 min or so it was used (before the handle broke), the mop head spread a large amount of lint onto the floor. Suggests very short (cheap) cotton fibers that wouldn't have lasted very long if the handle hadn't broken. Got a replacement rubbermaid mop at HD.
