How do you use this product?

I'm a redhead and don't want really dark lashes so I use 3 squeezes of brown and 2 of black and mix with 5 drops of the developer then apply. I have had this done many times in a salon but make sure you do a patch test

Does this need 3% peroxide as the developer?

Yes you do need developer ... 3%peroxide is the usual .

Do I need to buy an activator to make this dye work?

Yes this tint requires a activator. any peroxide would work liquid or cream Regards Steven
