Grills Ceramic Kamado (Large, Chili Red)

Everything about this experience was exactly as it should be. The package arrived early and was packed perfectly (snugly, with the thickest cardboard I've ever seen - it was basically a cardboard crate). Assembly was a snap - I looked up a youtube video and put it together in a few minutes. Note: don't try to lift this grill by yourself. I could only solo lift it about 6 inches or so off the ground and needed help lifting it into the stand.You may want to pick up a few items to help if you are new to kamado grills in general - ambient thermometer (this comes with one but I want to verify - the grill thermometer is accurate). You'll also want a heat deflector for smoking.But for the price - this was extremely hard to beat.Kamado grills take some practice but there's no going back once you use it.

This grill is so much fun to grill on and experiment with. I learn more every time I use this thing. Great product!!!!

This grill is great!!! If you use lump charcoal you won’t have any problem with high temperature burning the felt. READ the recommendations and directions.

I’ve had this grill for 2 years and I can’t say enough about the efficiency and ease that it smokes, grills and sears meats. Best grill by far that I have ever purchased. More importantly, there is a life time warranty on the grill to boot!

I got mine on clearance at Walmart. I sealed the ash drawer and have no problem holding 250-275.Felt gasket works okay. But I’ll replace it soon.Buy this and spend $30 improving. Or just buy a $1200 BGE and eggcessories

Completely disappointed in this grill. My $250 Chargriller Akorn is much better. The grill's features are nice conceptually however the execution is absolutely terrible. I have gone through 3 gaskets. The gaskets are made of a felt material and disintegrate from high heat in just a few weeks. The ash drawer does not seal so there is a huge air leak which means you can't maintain temps and you burn through charcoal like mad. I've spent a small fortune on charcoal since getting this grill. The side tables warped and broke in half in less than 6 months. I ended up building my own. On the positive side the cover that came with the grill is nice. If you love grilling don't buy this grill.

Given the Big Green Egg is much more money , you get what you pay for, high quality all the way around. If you have any problem. just call the company, they will answer and address any problems you may have. I had no problems, it was all of high quality. The big green egg will be the last grill you will ever own, it will last a lifetime. If you ever need a part, it will be easy to get. The dealers who sell them have many assesories for them. They are very heavy, about 450 pounds once you put all the parts together. It smokes, broils, does about every type of cooking you will ever want to do. I took back other grills that look like it, they are nothing like the big green egg.
