Loved this book
I've read a few books on neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). This one, by Tony Wrighton, lives up to its subtitle, "The Non-Boring Way." I enjoyed the short segments and anecdotes throughout the book. Tony divided the book into daily lessons, which is a great way to learn the principles of NLP. The reader is introduced to the most popular and helpful NLP techniques. I highly recommend this book to anyone, not just those interested in NLP.

Fun read
NLP, or neuro-linguistic programming, is a subject that motivational masters like Tony Robbins have bandied around for decades. So when I saw the title - I was immediately intrigued. Is it possible to pick up a few tricks in 30 days, using a non-boring way? Without a doubt, this book is not boring. In fact, I'd say it's a fun and entertaining read for those that are new to the subject of NLP, and want to level themselves up. Worth a read!

Helpful and definitely NOT boring
I love it when an author delivers on a title promise. This book teaches the principles and practices of NLP through fun daily exercises. It's loaded with plain speech and so much practical advice. This book might be my new go-to for gift-giving this year. Anyone - and I do mean anyone - can relate to and employ this information to improve so many areas of life. Thank you for this wonderful book. Highly recommended.

Not the greatest but okay for a person completely unfamiliar with the topic.
Very basic book that wasn't in my opinion worth the money.

Very Helpful!
This book is a refreshing take on the often complex world of personal development. Wrighton's approach is engaging and straightforward, making the concepts of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) accessible to everyone. What I particularly loved was the mix of entertaining stories and real-life examples that make the learning process enjoyable. Each chapter is crafted to not only inform but also inspire action. The 30-day format is a great touch, breaking down the learning into manageable chunks. While the book promises a lot, it's important to note that you need to practice the techniques to see real change. This isn't a passive read; it's an interactive guide that encourages you to actively engage with the material. This book is a fantastic starting point for anyone looking to dive into NLP without getting lost in technicalities.

Helpful, accessible, and really does work!
"Neuro-Linguistic Programming" is a method for understanding how to best think, communicate, and act in the professional world to maximize results in one's life. Clearly––as any Google search will tell you––the psychological community doesn't think it has much weight in terms of modern psychological approaches to life and career. Some people confuse NLP with CBT---which has a lot of empirical evidence in terms of solving one's psychological problems through managing how we think and behave. All of this makes sense, given how many disclaimers the book starts with, but, this being said, there must be some truth to this, since many people have found NLP (developed in the 70s) helpful. THIS BOOK is a VERY ACCESSIBLE WAY OF LEARNING NLP! I found it enjoyable to read.
