My 5 yr old karate kid and Ninjago fan loved this book. I would say you would need to be a more serious fan to LOVE this book bc there are references to the shows and the basic point of the book is that all the ninjas have lost their powers after battling the Crystal King, but perhaps that will inspire your little fan to get more into the franchise. Any reader who like lego and ninjas can still appreciate the book.

I’m a 15 year old girl and I LOVE NINJAGO, it’s probably the only thing I spend my money on. This book gave a great backstory from before dragons rising but from after the crystallized and oni trillogy, I highly recommend for any NINJAGO fan.
