These remote radiator filler caps are perfect for water to air intercooler applications or other custom radiator installations. Simple in design, the 3/4" barbed fittings are removable in case you need to install your own fittings in the 1/2" NPT Female threads. The overflow tank nozzle is also removable in case you do not need an overflow tank. For water to air intercooler applications, it is common to just leave it open since your system should not exceed the cap pressure. As shown in the picture, the pressure rating on the cap is 0.9 bar (13 PSI).

It does what I needed to do. Hard to find these in the size that I needed. I wish the cap had a bit more positive lock to it. Had to use sealant on the threads to keep it from leaking.

The inline filler is billet aluminum and is well made. It works well although the clearance between the ears on the cap and the overflow fitting is very close once a hose is attached. I removed the safety chain and clip which helped the clearance issue.

This is cheaply made at a very fast pace. My particular filler looked fine and had all the pieces but the cap would not come off. I noticed it was left hand threaded and twisted both clockwise and counter clockwise and the cap would not come off. Upon further inspection the manufacturers hadnt even finished all the machine work and I had to get out my die grinder and machine off some aluminum just to get the cap off. I give it two stars because it is functional now but only after I FINISHED the job of the manufacturers.
