NOTE that there are TWO (2) figurines in this box. Yep!
* "You should open your mouth a little wider when you speak," Mr. Wonka tells Mike Teevee.* I've purchased ALL of the Funko POP figurines related to "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" - and I have to say that not only is Mike Teevee the only one I'm reviewing - it's also the most UNDERRATED in the series.* Oh sure, you can pay a premium to get the so-called "limited edition" Violet Beauregarde issued during the 2016 San Diego Comic Convention. But for the best value - mumble mouth Mike Teevee is the choice.* You get this little guy in two versions in the SAME box. The one everyone notices is the standard-sized Mike Teevee wearing a cowboy outfit. The other figurine is Mike Teevee as he appears later in the movie - shrunk down to fit into Willy Wonka's television machine, complete with an all-white costume and goggles. It's hilarious. This smaller figurine sometimes arrives loose in the box and is missing from the molded plastic interior, but look for it. Inspect both figurines because no two are alike. Sometimes the paint is a "little off."* One note: If box condition matters - and it does to some who use the box as a presentation display - you'll find yourself exchanging out a number of boxes before finding one you like. This goes for every figurine in the Funko POP series, not just those from Willy Wonka. Perfection is impossible, but some boxes arrive with bumps, bruises or bends to their corners and the upper and lower flaps.* My preference for truly "limited edition" figurines - which Mike Teevee is NOT - is to buy one to "put away" - and to buy a second one for my desk. But keep in mind - most Funko POP figurines are NOT limited edition toys - and in fact are SO abundant in number - that their future investment value is near zero. In my view, these toys should be enjoyed every day - out in the open - and NOT imprisoned for eternity in a box. A bit cruel, I think, to do that to any figurine, even if it is Mike Teevee.* BTW, after seeing the movie a few times, I still can't place Mike Teevee's accent. Queens? Philly? Brooklyn? Please, someone out there enlighten me - because his "home" in the movie is in Arizona! *puzzled*

Great find from the classic Willy Wonka. Gave to my son who was in the musical production. Love that the shrunken version of Mike is included.
