This is a very good affordable alarm clock. Attractive black compact clock with bright illuminating blue display. Alarm is loud, speakers are amazingly clear. My power went out for a few hours during a storm, batteries kicked in. When the power was restored the clock returned to using electricity. This is a 10 out 10 for me, highly recommended.

Pros: Large numbers. The bluetooth works great. Pretty good sound quality and has decent volume. Cons: It slowly loses time. I'll set the time and within 2 to 3 weeks it's 15 to 20 minutes behind. The sound also gets a little staticy at higher volume. It would be great for the money if the clock could actually keep time, but constantly having to reset the time kind of defeats the purpose. Update: It's nice to see a company that stands behind their products. After my initial review the seller reached out to me and offered me a replacement or refund. I opted to get a replacement and so far the new one works great. It's keeping proper time and the sound quality actually seems better than the first one. Product gets 5 stars and the customer service gets 10! Will update again if it starts having problems.

For the most part, this is a cleverly-designed product ... apart from the hard-to-see symbols on top, which I'll get back to soon. Reading the enclosed information sheet to understand & use the features carefully is essential. Take your time and don't give up (I was tempted) -- it's worth giving it a chance. It has far better reception than my last radio clock from another company and this allows me to get many more stations -- with automatic presets and assigned numbers to find them again when needed. [Admit I fumbled around a bit until I figured this out.] The one negative aspect is I'm hearing light background static more on many stations, but I'm in a bad reception area so not sure if it's the product or my location. My main complaint so far (and why I only gave it 4 stars) is that it's really hard to see the symbols on top for all the features, but you can get them to light up for about 5 seconds by pressing any button (a magnifying glass can help) and then just memorize their positions, which I did pretty quickly using the night light button as my centering point. At night, you can find the night light button by feel ... there are three raised dots just beneath that button. I didn't see them at first, but you should be able to feel them pretty easily. Will report back if I find out anything else or have problems. But for now, especially since radio reception was key for me, I think it's a nice find for the price.

I just had to review this clock as this clock is AWESOME! I wanted an easy to use, nice to handle, and good esthetics. This clock is small but mighty!! I love the gentle sounds, (you can raise the volume) and it’s just so easy!! The touch of colors to use as a nightlight is a fun touch!! Thank you BUFFBEE!!

I wanted to replace my decades old Sony Dream Machine, and the Buffbee bluetooth clock radio’s ad touting superior sound quality (“stunning Hi-Fi sound”) caught my eye. The Buffbee has a very attractive, compact design and is a perfect fit for the decor in my bedroom. I’m a senior citizen on the cusp of having diminished capacity, but I found the initial setup to be intuitive and the top control panel is conveniently organized. The lighting controls are a nice feature, and I especially like the fact that the buttons on top stay lit when the alarm goes off, so it’s easy to make a selection in a dark room. One of the reasons I bought this model was the ad emphasizing the quality of the speaker. But this turned out to be the only underwhelming feature. I mean it’s perfectly adequate for a clock radio of this size and cost, but the ad oversells this feature. I’m still giving it a 5 star rating because at this price point it would be unrealistic to expect it to sound like there’s a live symphony playing in the background. I set the alarm to play NPR on the radio in the early a.m., so the sound is just fine for the spoken voice. I wouldn’t, however, use it to play music on other stations or through my laptop using the convenient bluetooth feature. I have other dedicated bluetooth speakers for music. To the developers — if in the future you issued a very high end version of this clock radio with a superior speaker, I would have no reservations paying substantially more to purchase another one. Overall, I enthusiastically recommend this clock radio, as long as you don’t have unrealistic expectations regarding the sound quality.

The clock screen and glow ring at the bottom are entirely too bright. They light up the room too much, and disrupts my child's sleep. We have to place the clock under the bed and block it with a pillow to do dim the light to a reasonable brightness. I wish we could return the item, but the packaging has been discarded. The numbers are also difficult to read up close because of the cloth covering the clock.

Really not a great mix of features. It has Bluetooth but no app for setting alarms or adding your own tune so basically, it's just a part time Bluetooth speaker. Also, it only comes with three alarm sounds and they all are not ideal for heavy sleepers. Its settings are also not super intuitive. Once you get the hang of it its not hard to navigate but figuring it out may take a minute. Its very loud though and has adjustable sound levels. It looks good, is nice and compact, and the time is easily visible while also not disturbing.

Great radio, Bluetooth speaker and Radio. This is an amazing 4-in-1 device. I was skeptical at first, but it prevent me from getting 3 or 2 devices for all functions. I was initially searching for a radio and Bluetooth device in one, and around that time my bedside clock battery died. I got to thinking that in this age of technology, I should be able to find something thats basically an all in one -that is not my phone. The brightness is just right, even on the giggles dial it’s not blinding but still subtle. The running lights at the base are also very subtle and calming. It keeps time well. It’s been a week now and I do not have to rest the time. I noted one review that it lost time after a while, but that has not been the case so far. The buttons, even in darkness, can be easily traced-once you remember the placement. The one-touch operation makes switching from the different modes seamless. The default alarm tones i find them soothing - the chirping and the piano. I haven’t use the radio option. I recall only setting the alarm once and not again. Once I press the alarm button it stops but doesn’t delete the alarm unless I do the long press, as instructed by the manual. I say it’s a great buy and amazing invention.

Firstly - so glad I bought this. It's great! But you need to have a shaver type adaptor for it to be compliant with UK electrics. It was pretty easy to set up, and I love the bird song alarm wakening option. Very soothing.

Compact size, the display looks fantastic, sound is good. I love it!
