I haven't used this product yet so I can't say if the green is as I expect it to be.I have had other colours of this product & they have been true colours.

Need to use more than stated.
It seems you need to use more than is stated to get the right colour. It’s better than liquid food colouring for fondant. Once colour is mixed you need to rest the fondant as otherwise it will be very sticky. Gel could do with being more pasty than liquid.
