Reliable powerful air conditioner
I've used Panasonic AC's in multiple locations and have never been disappointed. They work really well and never have faced gas leak issue. I have used one which has lasted about 10 years without the need for refill. This particular AC works excellently, it's fairly quiet and cools fast. The wifi feature is not a gimmick it's actually quite convenient and works well with Alexa and Google Assistant. The price feels a bit high but it is a quality product. I would not recommend cheaper options.

Smart features are very good
Cooling is great. Convertible feature is good saves power. Smart features are good. Alexa controls almost all features of AC. Their smart app is good, the feature I like is I can set AC temp on or off for every hour. For example if when we go to sleep I set ac as per my desired temp for first 2hours then I set it to be turned off for next hour then turn on with desired temp for another hour then again turn it off. You can also track your daily, weekly and monthly energy consumption which is fantastic.

Pretty decent for the money invested
So far working good. In turbo mode makes a lot of noise. Otherwise no major complaints.

Don’t buy Panasonic AC
Plz don't buy AC online.. i had bought two from amazon in 2023 n both are creating problems ..this panasonic ac is 2 ton.. had spend 55K and it creates problems every 1-2 month..i am fed up with panasonic customer care..i think in online they send you defective piece ..don't buy panasonic

Ac is good but missing important accesories
The ac is good but was missing key accessories like copper wire, flair nuts and 4 core electric wire. Installation agent charged for these and amazon customer care promised to reimburse for missing parts but when it came to actual reimbursement, they only refunded for copper wire and not for other items. No proper explanation was given as to why. So BEWARE. I would suggest to return the entire item if parts are missing rather than getting cheated by Amazon customer care.

Panasonic Split AC
Replaced existing 10 yr old Panasonic split AC with a new Panasonic AC itself since I was very happy with the product performance. The new AC is excelllent as well and cools the room quickly and efficiently.

Using in 260 sq feet drawing room
Cools down fast. No noise. Using in a large roomSize is 260 sq feet.Happy with the product so far.Installation was expensive. The guys charged 7k.
