It’s a very great deal for a beginner kendama. The ball is silky. It is kind of harder to do lunar-like tricks if you are like me and not as good at balancing things but it’s definitely stickier than a lot of the silk kendamas. The Ken itself is kind of heavy I am used to lighter kendamas. So if you are making the switch to a heavier kendama it’s hard at first to get used to but you will start to get the hang of it. The ball is also pretty heavy. It comes with Plenty of stickers and it will also come with an extra string and a bead. It is the nova shape which personally I like because it’s kind of nice for tricks like juggling just so you don’t over-rotate it a lot. It has larger cups which is really nice because some kendama’s have smaller cups but this kendama it’s really easy to do cup tricks. The ball is also chip resistant, I have had mine for quite some time and the ball still is in great shape. Overall I think this kendama is great for a beginner, it’s always nice to start with a not-as-expensive kendama then work your way up and see how much you have improved and how much easier everything has gotten with nicer kendamas.

the kendama is built better than the sweets. love the size and weight but the paint just doesn’t compare to sweets. night and day :/

Great way to spend time trying to accomplish this it’s more difficult than it looks task. It’s so much fun.

I got mine from a different source but I wanted to leave a review. It’s perfect, it has virtually indestructible paint, It’s very durable, and it works perfectly. I use it every day and it’s so fun. Would 100% recommend it to anyone advanced or beginner if your looking for a new Kendama. Very much worth the price.
