No - on the glass is "pint ce m14 0126 arc 2.3 UK units GUINNESS"

is this an official guiness glass?

There may be more than one style "official" glass. When I was in Ireland in 2013 some of the pubs were serving in this new style glass while others were using the thicker walled Guinness pint glass. I believe that both are official. I have purchased these and I like them.
