A book that changed my thinking
I am an anxious, overthinking person. This book taught me how to rewire my brain in order to suffer less, be stressed less, be anxious less. Its easy to read, the concepts are nicely explained, over all a very nice book to read if you like self improvement and have an open mind to welcome new ways to deal with your mind, emotions and thoughts. It really is a gift.

Threw it in the garbage!
I threw the book in the garbage after reading the first 50 pages. It was really disappointing. No new ideas, same old stuff.

A repackage of well known Stoic concepts
Technically the whole book is about: thinking will only bring negative emotions so you should stop thinking and let whatever thoughts come to your mind. Overly simplistic without acknowledging the complexities of human emotions and psychological conditions. Stop thinking just feels impractical for dealing with real life problems. Lack of practical advices: though the book discusses the importance of not getting caught up in negative thought patterns, it falls short on providing concrete strategies to achieve this.

Bestseller for a Reason
Don’t Believe Everything You Think is a simple but thought-provoking book. What I liked most is how the author explains the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and suffering in an easy-to-understand way. The book made me realize that not every thought that comes into our mind deserves to be believed or acted upon. It is especially useful for people who tend to overthink and get caught up in their own thoughts. Some of the concepts may feel familiar, but the book presents them in a way that encourages self-reflection. It’s a short, easy read, but there are ideas worth coming back to again and again. Overall, a good book for anyone interested in understanding their thoughts and developing a calmer perspective on life.

Great insights on overthinking, smooth delivery!
Really enjoyed the core message of this book—it is highly relevant for anyone dealing with anxiety or a busy mind. The seller did a fantastic job with fast shipping and secure packaging. Docking one star only because the book's content gets a little repetitive, but otherwise a solid 4-star experience all around.
