Sturdy and reliable, but not for the boss.
Nice enough, but it looks a bit cheap when you bring it out at a board meeting.

Does not take standard pockets.
Quality is okay,chose this one for the zipping pocket. But having now ordered several sets of poly pockets I find none fit. Ended up adding additional holes to line up with the four rings. And do not buy the recommended pockets they do not fit.

Just what I was looking for!
I have been looking for a folder to store important papers in and this is it! Not only will it hold papers in the spiral binder, it has a zippered compartment as well as compartments for cards, etc....all in one zippered folder.
