60s Costume Accessories Set

We bought these accessories to dress up as various characters for a 1920’s murder mystery dinner. Excellent value for money.The hat is on the small side.

This is a fab 17 piece fancy dress set that is perfect for a 1920/gangster party but versatile enough to be used for other themes. It comes with a fedora hat, suspenders, fake glasses, black tie & bowtie, arm bands, fake cigar, pocket watch, hair clips and a selection of fake moustaches. The quality is impressive particularly the pocket watch, cigar and glasses which all look very real. The ties and suspenders are really good too. The moustaches look very cartoonish but in a hilarious way and have self adhesive strips on the back to fit to your upper lip. The only let down was the fedora hat which looks a bit cheap and is quite small. It doesnt fit me properly (but then I do wear XL hats) and is more suitable for a child or someone with small/medium head circumference. It also comes folded flat and even when enlarged looks a bit crumpled but ok from a distance. I can see us using bits of this for the next kids world book day dress up as well as for halloween and fancy dress parties. The glasses for instance are great for harry potter and some of the accessories would also fit in with an addams family look particularly the moustache, cigar, bowtie and suspenders. So all in all a great set!

I’m really pleased with how easy this set is to pop on and it really does have a ton of pieces included which really help give the gangster look! The kit is very good quality and all the items are strong, sturdy and durable so will definitely last a night out or an event. I like that the wearable items are all lightweight and comfortable to wear so don’t cause any irritation or discomfort. The design and style of the bits and pieces is awesome and I feel it’s a well thought out set. The value for money is very good and I do recommend it. It gets a thumbs up from me!
