The filter plugs up so easily. Only one of my cat use it and the filter plugs up on two week causing water to go through overflow slot of Catit Fountain. As a result, water is NOT actually filtered. The grid lines of this filter (the bottom plastic piece) are so narrow and many slits aren't actually punch through. My guess is due to bad plastic molding. I went back to check on the original Catit Filter. It appears that Catit has a consistent slide with clear cut.

They do a good job of filtering for "Five Oh" the kitty likes having fresh, filtered water.

The filters were VERY easy to install. Popped right in!

The felt on these filters is way thicker than the ones that come with the fountain. As a result, the water does not flow through them properly. I tried scoring them with an Xacto knife to help the water flow, but it did not help. I ended up giving up on these and getting the CATIT brand filters.

These filter have been a great alternative for the Cat It Senses water fountain. However the last order was supplied by the seller Sweet Melo who provided a completely different type of filer not as per description. Providing 12 not the 8 in the listing, wrong size, not plastic reinforced as required. Took al OST a month and three interventions from Amazon to get a refund ( via Amazon ) so be careful on the seller. Sweet Melo should be avoided based on personal experience. The original filters are on special offer now and if you subscribe 12 for £15 from Amazon and arrived the next day. Ordering these in the first place would have saved me 3 wasted weeks of comms worth a terrible seller....

I have always stuck to the Catit brand for my filter cartridges, but thought i'd try the Fatkitt brand as they sounded good & were a lot cheaper. First one I used for 2 weeks then noticed a lot of mould all around the filter cartridge & the water was cloudy & frothy, I cleaned the water fountain & replaced the water & cartridge. 2 weeks later it was again covered in mould & the water cloudy & frothy. I will not be using the remaining 6 in the box. I will definitely be keeping to the Catit brand in future.

Got this for my catit stainless steel water fountain, it fits perfectly and definitely prefer the price.Update: removing a star as they only last a week, while catit last three weeks - literally just means I have to change the filter every week. Still a decent product

These are completely compatible with my feline water fountain. I find thes to be a better fit than the manufacturer's own brand and containing 8 filters at a lower price too, these are much better value for money. Absolutely no complaints from me on these.

These filters did not fit in my Catit Senses Fountain properly and the water kept pushing them up, so I had to use big marbles to push them down into place, but even then, the little motor looked much dirtier than it would get with the name brand filters.
