I've just unpacked this. the cds are not in cd case and there is no user manual. is this normal? i'm unsure how to access the membership.

Dear Customer Thank you for your question. The CD should have been in a clear plastic case and there also should have been a user manual. We cannot track your order and contact you without an order number so please can you get in touch with your customer order number through your Amazon account or by emailing us at service@rebound.fitness so we can help you. Kind regards Maximus Life Customer Services

No dvd nor weighted gloves were supplied, why not?

Dear Customer Thank you for your question and sorry to hear that the DVD and gloves were missing. This is most unusual and the DVD is often taped to the polystyrene packaging. Please can you contact us through your Amazon account with your order number so that we can retrieve your details and get this resolved for you. Kind regards Maximus Life Customer Services
