Well researched 'coffee table ' book with good quality pictures of the various embassies to accompany the informative narrative. Wonderful to dip in and out of as time permits.

To be picked up and read whenever the mood takes, each chapter takes 10-20 minutes. Great history lessons here. Superbly written, and great accompanying photoplates.

Beautiful book about the UK's fabulous embassies around the world. Why Boris spends any time at all in London in Canonbury is a mystery. Someone should organise official embassy tours; before they have all been sold off.
