This company:‎hangzhou great star industrial co.,ltd. is the maker of these tools which means made in china? i do not see any white or black labels.

Dear Customer, The tools we sell belong to SK Professional (Black Label), manufactured in Taiwan and China, providing high-quality tools for professionals. Best Wishes, SK Service

Does the sk black line carry the same limited lifetime warranty as the white line?

Dear Customer, Our products have a lifetime warranty. If you have any questions, Please do not hesitate to contact us through your order message. we will give you a satisfactory answer. Best Wishes, SK Service

Dear Customer, The SK industrial series (White Label) is made in the US, and the tools we sell belong to SK Professional (Black Label), which are made in Taiwan and China, providing high-quality tools for professionals. Best Wishes, SK Service

All of this new SK stuff with prices similar to Gearwrench and other Asian made tools are most definitely made overseas. The seller seems to be unclear even with their response to try to sell Chinese made tools on the back of a 100 year old American company. I have yet to find their “White Label” tools on Amazon, just old stock regular SK before they were bought by Hangzhou Great Star Ltd.
