I have a Dodge 2500 truck..Do you think it will work for changing 1 wheel at a time?

I had a Acura MDX, weight of over 4000 pounds and the jack had no trouble lifting it one wheel at a time. I did have to put the jack on a 4" thick board to get the tires off the ground.

does it come with handle

yes, it comes with 2 handles. Both fit through the hole in the screw end. You can slide either into the hole and turn the jack up and down.

Can i use if for cars

Ye, I bought it as a replacement for my 2003 beetle. It is larger than the original so storing it is not as easy. Have used it to lift 3 different cars for tire changes and it worked perfectly.
