I love it!
Jiji is super cute. The parts are complete, Its hard to build at first but its fun. Very recommended.

If you're missing a piece or two, don't panic!
I bought this 3D puzzle back in December but didn't put it together until early March. Everything was going well until I reached the head. The piece it was asking for was the wrong one. It looked nothing like the one on the directions page (piece 27 _02 was the same as piece 22_35). I was sad because there was no way to send this back because Amazon's return window had closed.However, Beverly Crystal Puzzles has an English website with a Lost Piece request page which you fill out and let them know what piece your puzzle is missing (it's also free).It took a little while but I did receive the piece I need in the mail and was able to finish my JIJI puzzle.It looks so awesome!

Great quality!!!
I was skeptical about buying this because of the other reviews, but it came with all the pieces and it's great quality! The instructions are in Japanese but come with visual examples, so it's very intuitive and easy to put together. It's definitely on the easier side of crystal puzzles, but it makes for an adorable decoration!

Great puzzle gift
My wife really enjoys putting together puzzles in her free time as a way to relax. I bought this puzzle among a few others and she was very pleased. The best part is that this company has a specific place to find missing parts. The puzzle came with all its pieces and we’ve decided to use it as a memorial for our cat. My wife suggested using a light to make the puzzle numbers easier to read.

No missing peices!
After reading the last couple reviews I was worried about missing pieces, but all of the pieces were included! I didn't read the instructions because it's a puzzle, so looking at them would defeat the purpose, but checking afterwards, they seems fairly straight forward. Each piece is randomly numbered and the instructions show you which pieces to use in order. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because part of the coloring on one of the eyes and ears arrived with the color missing. Overall, I really enjoyed doing this little puzzle!

Directions in Japanese
Extremely easy to put together even though the directions are in Japanese because there are pictures for each step. Only thing I would change is that there is no way to adhere the kit to the base unless you use some (not provided) adhesive (I used nail glue).

The pieces don’t stay together, the base is basically useless l. It’s a cool idea but it’s not presented very well. It’s also extremely smaller then I thought
