I've suffered with terrible posture my entire life and now in my early 30s I've finally decided to do something about it. The key here is to be consistent with it. I started with 20 mins a day and am already wearing it for over an hour each day with no discomfort. Very highly recommended.

Wow I was really surprised with this product ! As I worked all the time with laptops, my posture is so bad and always feel my body seems to be not right. Impossible to put on by yourself. However, once it's on it does help with posture.

There's nothing to like about this product, hard to put on, no instruction, received it without even a name brand and it's delivered with bubble envelope. Hard to put on and it's like a restraint. I'm not recommending to buy this product. Just a waste of money.
