Crystalcello MC110 Full Size 4/4 Cello with Carrying Bag + Bow + Accessories

You know what. After reading all of the reviews, I really wasn't expecting much out of this. I played cello in high school and had gotten a cheap one online back then, and it didn't stay in tune, nor did the bridge stay on. I've been wanting to play again and went ahead and took the risk again with this one. The strings, bow and bridge all need to be replaced. However, it still plays just fine with the originals. It's not good enough to play in an orchestra, but after replacing those things, it could be. The pictures made it look like an almost chocolate brown and it's actually more orange. I'm still very impressed with this instrument. If you're beginning or easing back into playing, this cello is safe.

I purchased this cello online and was satisfied with the sound, although it was not above average. The quality the instrument and the bow was very low and obviously cheaply made. The cello body cracked in 3 places before it was more than 4 months old. The bow fell apart in about 2 months; and I was advised by a local string repair agency that is was not worth re-hairing. I had a difficulty time getting a hold of the maker for reimbursement. I still have not received payment.

I purchased my crystal cello about 2 years ago it still sounds great, and still plays amazing.It is not an expensive cello I always go back to the saying "you get what you payed for" but this product is a great learning instrument!
