Bad quality, not an original Seacret buffer.
I have been using a nail buffer from Seacret for the last 10 years... It has been a phenomenal buffer. I was ecstatic when I saw I could order it on Amazon. The buffer I received looks like mine from Seacret, but it turned out to be a low quality knock off version that came apart the very first time I used it. I'd love to get my money back, but it's not worth the hassle and aggravation that it would cause me.
