Maybe these are all because this is the biggest Pikster I've used (generally I've found Piksters to be great) but:The cap is too small for the brush so the bristles are already damaged when new.You need to be careful not to force into gaps otherwise it buckles - I found more of a problem than with smaller sizes.When it does buckle the plastic at the end can be damaged leading to sharp edges that can catch on the gums & the brush more prone to bending.I've read they are bringing out larger sizes so maybe they'll be improved.

Better than others
Anything that helps keep your own teeth in your head, has to be good.Using Tepi sticks and my dentist recommended these also.They are longer and stronger than other makes, and so far cleaning well.

Bit softer than usual
It's disappointed - bought a box of 40 this time and they seemed a lot more bendy than usual.
