A couple gave way. Probably my fault, as the baskets may have been to heavy to support. So please read instructions of weight bearing or size of baskets before ordering.

Useless item. Don't waste your money. They are not pull down or retract. As soon as anything is hung on them the wire lengthens and stays there. Not retractable at all. No pull down needed as they are fully pulled down as soon as any weight goes on them.

Brought for hanging water and feed containers in hen cage. Brilliant job, raises as food/feed is used great indicator for knowing when to top up.

I was very pleased with my pull down basket holder they are great as l am not that tall and has difficulty watering the baskets unfortunalty one of the pull downs was not fastened well and it broke as l was using it first time but apart from this little setback the items were great.

These work quite well once you work out how they function. Only four stars, because there are absolutely no instructions or guidance on how to use them. Also two of the six which I purchased, (with my fingers crossed) seemed a bit temperamental at first. They all seem all right at the moment.The last 3cms of the "strap" remain exposed and I just hope that they don't deteriorate in the sun.
