Application was easy, just take your time
Application was easy, just take your time. I resticked them a few times to get it lined up right after cutting. Soles are protected. I don’t think they made any change to the traction on the shoe bottom. They were very smooth to begin with. They have a glossy finish. After one long day of wear to a wedding, on a dock and on concrete paths then dancing they still are smooth without scratches or tears. I hope I can post an update when it is time to pull them off.
