Don't buy
You're wasting your money with all brands except Bengal.Trust me. I'm over $120 in with failed promises.Raid is a good brand, but not for fleas.See for yourself if you don't believe me. When they start back on your legs, order Bengal Flea spray.

Awesome product. Works extremely well.
I have never been so impressed by something that it made me smile and cackle. For 5 months I have been battling fleas and fighting a losing battle. They were on my cat and in my carpet. It was getting to the point that I couldn't even walk across my bedroom carpet without near 10 jumping on my feet and ankles. My shipment arrived and I sprayed my carpet in a pattern as to cover every square inch. The spray width is excellent for covering large areas in a single spray. The next morning, I didn't have a single flea jump on me. I almost teared up. I was so depressed from the fact that coming home from work, I couldn't enjoy my own home. This product absolutely floored me. As an example to the flea problem, I have included a photo of a sticky paper used with a different product that was capturing fleas in my bedrom. The paper looked like this weekly.I have yet to have a flea jump on my feet or ankles and its been a month. I have heard a product making a difference overnight. but this stuff actually does it.If the stuff wouldn't kill my cat, I'd spray her coat with it. Theres always one or two on her laying eggs. I need to stop them completely, but if they become a problem again, at least I know what product to use. Thanks RAID!

IT DOES NOT KILL ON CONTACT, but it does help bring fleas out
I have been using this product for about 4 months. I spray it directly on my dog, yes, you read it right. I SPRAY IT DIRECTLY ON MY DOG. When i would catch my dog itching like crazy, i pulled out the spray and put it directly where she was biting or scratching. Dont spray it real close to them, b/c the smell is potent. I saw a video where raid said that we can use it on dogs, so i did. The spray will not kill the fleas on my dog immediately. The only thing it did for my dog was make the fleas come out where i can see them , then i'd spray a bit more. Also, when you spray your dog, it leaves a hard patch of sticky, hair, like "There's someting about Mary, lol "..

Buy multiple cans!
I purchased this product at target, as I needed it immediately so I can't vouch for the amazon shipping or packaging. The prices were the same for an individual can, so buying this three pack would be the best deal.I used this product a total of 3 times - 2 cans strictly in a small room where the fleas were contained (pet-less house, so having fleas being transported to other areas wasn't a big issue). The first spray was a light misting, as I was unaware whether or not that would be effective in killing/preventing fleas. Sure enough, they came back. It could have been new eggs hatching, or remaining adult fleas. I sprayed the rest of the can on my carpet, which saturated it more that the previous attempt. This seemed to work, but just in case the flea cycle wasn't broken entirely I waited a week and sprayed another whole can. Finally the fleas are gone! It's been another week since the last spray, and I haven't gotten any more flea bites or seen any.The chemical smell of this product isn't the best, but it definitely could be worse. It's not all together too strong and it seems to dissipate fairly quickly, after a couple hours with good ventilation. Overall an effective product that doesn't involve fogging the whole house!

WARNING!!!
This product was not made for households with cats. The product was designed to be used with households with dogs. This product description should say this and have a warning on the main ingredient which is a toxic insecticide called permethrin/pyrethrin (basically both are from the same chemical source). It is extremely toxic and deadly for cats.[...][...]

A great item to have in your fight with fleas.
This item works great in combination with other products. In order to truly get rid of them you need Raid Flea Killer for rugs, furniture etc but you should also buy Victor M230 Ultimate Flea Traps put them in all areas of your house where your pets hang out. They work great at catching fleas before they reach your pets and remember to get refills. These are the best I also tried Springstar S 102 Flea Traps but they have a plastic screen with open squares that you place on top and it doesn't catch as many fleas like the Ultimate Flea Trap. I also recommend that you also get some flea medication for all your pets like Frontline. I use Frontline Plus on all my pets. You really need to use all of the products for the war with fleas, just one product alone doesn't stop them. Amazon sells both the Raid Flea Killer spray & the Victor M230 Ultimate Fleas Traps & refills not sure about the Frontline. Check Amazon I'm sure they do.

Here is a good review of what to do if this happens to ...
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE CATS IN YOUR HOME. The label says it is ok for all pets, but it has a dangerous amount of pyrethroid for cats. A few hours after using this product, my cat threw up and began convulsing. Similar reactions happened to others who used this product. Here is a good review of what to do if this happens to your cat: http://www.ehow.com/about_6322096_feline-raid-flea-room-spray.html

Great product that really works.
This product was great. After the first usage of the product, I noticed that the scratching activity of my dog decrease tremendously. One more wash of my dog and the fleas were gone.
