I wore this one day for only a few hours ...
I wore this one day for only a few hours and my neck and shoulder spasms and pain have greatly decreased in the last few days following. The brace helps to stabilize my shoulder and provides compression to the muscles, allowing them to relax and heal. I have had little success getting my shoulder to heal over several months after trying massage, chiropractic treatment, and strengthening excercises. I am feeling way more hopeful about my recovery now that I have this product.

Hyper mobility
I love It once you tighten the straps you feel the compression of It working already! It helps a lot and i feel way more secure in myself. I have hyper mobility in myLeft shoulder so It has spasms where It just slips out on its own from to fast sudden movements or from me moving my arm or my shoulder cuff rotating a certain way. Hopefully applying these and home exercises help in the long run will keep undated ... It is only day 1
