First of all, a card, with a request for a review was in the package. They requested that I reply directly to them, with my order number, the web site was in Chinese, I could not read it. So, unfortunately, I could not give my impression of their product directly to them. The package (I ordered 2 packages) came with one silicone, and 1 nylon tricot pair of heel pads. The first pair I inserted into my shoe was the nylon tricot set. It really feels comfortable, but, unfortunately, my heel slips up and down, that is not what is supposed to happen. The second pair was the silicone, it feels wonderful, and my heel does not slip.So, in closing, I cannot give this product 5 stars, because I could not contact the seller, as requested, and half of what I ordered does not keep my foot from slipping (which is the purpose of this product.), therefore it is a waste, and I will not use these.I would be 100% happy if both pairs of heel pads were silicone!

I really like the clear, silicone heel grip that came in this pack. It does help immensely with keeping my loafers from slipping off the back of my feet when I walk. If you wear the shoe liners, it won't work as well, as the silicone only grips against skin and not material. The beige pair I found to be completely useless. They are soft, but that's exactly the problem - they don't keep your feet from slipping out of the back of the shoe. I will probably use them in another pair of shoes that don't slip, but rub on the back of my ankle/foot and give me blisters and maybe it will help for that.

These are very well made pads and I really like that you don't have to glue them in your shoe, so that you can use them in multiple pairs. I am glad I bought these are the heels in most shoes that fit my feet, the heels are too large I about walk out of them. The only drawback to these are it did affect the fit in the rest of my shoe. I would have to either buy 1/2 size large in shoes or perhaps a wide width. Nonetheless, I will make them work for me.

Overall these work really well. I've been using the clear ones and they are not uncomfortable and don't stick to my feet, even in the summer heat. They fixed the problem of shoes that were a tad too big and slipping off my feel. They are comfortable and easy to use. The only drawback is that while the bottom is sticky and adheres to the base of your shoe, the upper portion that goes around the heel is not adhesive so it sometimes needs to be held into place when putting on my shoes.

Im loving this product❤️❤️❤️ it's super good quality, totally worth the price, all the padings are really well made, and very soft it's thick and cushioning, does the job to make your shoes feel more comfortable. The silicon pading is nice and thick, I bought this because I have a new shoes and everytime i used new shoes i always blisters, after putting this padding on it fits comfortable perfectly. The one I love the most is the little white front pading. Because you put it on your feet instead of your shoes, and it doesn't stick to the shoes, so it's reusable. You can just put it on your toe and wear which ever high heel and you are good to go, the silicon is super soft and so comfy. I totally love this product and maybe will buy again if there is more uncomfortable shoes lol.

These were OK... first few uses better than now. From the start they didn’t stick well to the back, but stayed mostly in place because I stand the bottom portion. They would ride up on occasion. Now that I’ve worn them several times, the back does not stick at all. I got them to try and fix the gap bc my shoes are too big. They help a smudge, but not enough. MAYBE a half size, I probably need a whole size. The black and nude ones were thicker than the clear. The clear was a little more slippery as well. I probably won’t buy these again.

I ordered the package with the clear and beige heal inserts. The beige ones were very soft and easy to adhere to my shoes, but they did not keep the heel from slipping. I think they would be fine if you're just using them to avoid blisters. The clear ones work wonderfully though. I can wear my shoes that normally slip all day without issues. I wish they had an option to just buy the clear ones!

They didn't stick terribly well to the shoe. Admittedly the shoe was not easy to stick to, it was a woven fabric that was very stiff. They worked fine until I went hiking with them then grains of sand and dirt stuck to the adhesive and they didnt work at all. If you are looking at these for a shoe with a tight turn around at the heel they probably will have the same mixed results that I had. There was no issue with comfort! perfectly comfy, just not as sticky as I needed.

I have used 1 pair so far on a night out in my heels and must say my feet were comfortable the whole night. Its a 14pc pack, so I am saving the others for my holidays and just some as spare as you never know when you may need these. The sticky side did not slide off so I was very impressed. I do prefer the clear ones a lot to be honest as can be worn with any colour shoes. I have very small, narrow feet so this also helped them from not slipping off. Would definitely buy again. Thank you.

A great pack with 14 pieces that come in neutral tones. They're great for sensitive spots on your feet and are of a good quality. They arrived on time and were packaged nicely. Can't wait to use them.

Comfy but doesn’t stick very well at all.

Shame they Don't stay in place as a good shape and nicely padded.
