No paper "shape template" made installation a challenge, but it works great once installed
I installed this in the cabinets below the table seats in our travel trailer. These seats are built-in and are in a "slide" area that slides out once you have the trailer in place, so there are no outlets in the whole table area. With the 10' (3.1m) cord, I was able to install this into a wooden panel near a corner where cords would not be protruding or likely to be kicked out.Wish I had taken a picture, but suffice to say, we've used it over several camping trips, and it works great, both for AC powered items like blenders and computers, and for the various USB devices that need to be charged, or powered by USB to run, such as some small USB-powered fans we sometimes use when it's a bit warm in the trailer. The 10' cord let me run it out the back of an inward-facing corner of the "pop" (slide section), where an electrical outlet is nearby. I traced the route with my tape measure to be sure 10' would be long enough, and it turned out to be perfect for the location I chose. I could have gone with a closer corner if the cord was shorter, but the 10' cord on this model allowed me the flexibility to site the outlets where I wanted them, and that's a positive in my book.So far, running both USB outlets has proved to work fine, with fast charging to a phone while one of the fans was on high. Decent internal power supply, as I'd hoped. And the AC outlets all work as expected, for the lighter workloads we've tried. They don't list a limit, but I wouldn't try making toast out of this thing, or running a blow drier - those heavy power loads will probably fry this thing, or blow an internal fuse or breaker.Since they didn't provide any paper template for cutting the needed hole in the wood paneling, I actually cut one myself out of a piece of paper, trimming it and sliding it over the actual power outlet repeatedly until it just fit perfectly. NOTE: the exterior facing edge is quite small - only an eighth of an inch or so (3mm), so if you cut a jagged or imperfect hole, very likely some of the cuts will show beyond the edge of the face panel. So create an accurate template in a paper plate, the cardboard back of an old writing pad, or something fairly stiff. Once you have a template cut out that exactly fits the hole, tape it where you want it, making sure that there is nothing but paneling behind it (no studs or bracing lumber). Then take a permanent marker and trace the edge of the hole in your template to show you where to cut. You'll need to drill a large hole (or several in a close row) to get your jigsaw inserted and get the cutting started. Work your way to one edge, turning as you go to just meet up with the edge of your sharpie marker line. Then cut carefully, ideally using some kind of guide. I used a plastic level, taped into position along each edge of the intended hole, so that the saw rode along the side of the level, creating a very straight cut. I had to carefully reposition the level once or twice, when my saw blade was just missing the mark, but missing on the inside is better, so you can take off just a bit more, and a bit more, till your hole matches the shape of the outlet back.I ended up using different screws than they sent, since I was not using the plastic inserts they sent along with the unit.Since I was just screwing into wood, and I didn't want the screws to have their sharp little points showing, I found some shorter black screws in my junk box with the right size of beveled heads and screwed them right into the paneling, which was about 1/2 inch (12mm). For thinner paneling, I would have gone with bevel-head bolts, with a washer and nut on the inside, but my paneling was thick and solid, plus the outlet box fit quite tightly. That's about it, for now. Others have had problems over time, I'll update this if anything bad develops in the near future.

USBs stopped working after a couple months
This worked great for about 6 months, it was easy to install and looked great but a couple of days ago the USB outlets all stopped working. I went through the troubleshooting steps and nothing helped. I can see that the blue LED inside it is still on but none of my devices are getting any power, even when plugged in individually. The company has not responded, but something else and save yourself the hassle of replacing them after a couple monthsUpdate: All of the USBs still don't work and the company still has not responded to my communication attempts

Durable, sleek, multi chargers
The media could not be loaded. Loved the way this piece brought my console table together. My fiancé made me this table console for behind my couch cause I always have work on my lap top and phone, then snack and my drinks …. So instead of piling it all up on the coffee table, and dealing with plugging and unplugging the “long charger” or risking it being yank out of the wall, he installed this into my table! It is perfect and can charge so much at once!! USB, C, I phone , regular 3 prong , it’s got it! Never overheats and I can charge everything in one spot and never worry about needing to get to the outlet again or charging my phone on the other side of the room and sitting at the coffee table to charge my Mac book, AND I get to keep all my drinks and snacks close by and not on my couch 😬 GOOD buy and great price!
