Q: If you are BBQing where do you put this? Surely if it's on the grill your food is swimming in the fat?

It does not and should not go on the grill! Its a liner for the skottel only. Direct heat on the grill will destroy it!

Q: how many times can the liner be used

We've found that it can be used repeatedly if you use it sensibly - i.e. use non-metal utensils such as wooden or heat resistant plastic utensils and no direct flames. Wash after use in soapy/detergent water and avoid any creases by not folding it, best to loosely roll it up for storage.

Easy to clean just roll up take to sink let soak then rinse off. Saves all that scrubbing quick could damage your expensive skottel
