Excellent Sprue Cutters
Excellent sprue cutters for plastic models. Sharp, well made and cut very close to the sprue. Excellent USA made quality.Only question is are they worth £19? Probably not, but Amazon are the cheapest on the market especially when post free. Other cutters by manufacturers such as Tamiya cost more, so despite the price tag I would highly recommend these and they are likely to last a very long time.

Not cheap but worth it.
I’ve been using a “standard” pair of sprue cutters for making model kits, mostly 1/35 tanks, and was always fairly happy with them. As they were showing their age I thought I'd explore what other options are out there. I’m always a bit wary of products aimed at modellers as they often turn out to be just more expensive versions of something else happily I can say that’s not the case here. The cut is very clean, and with only a little nub to clean-up, it can handle fragile parts without breaking them and there’s very little effort required in the cutting action.Overall a very good product and well recommended.

These clippers are great, they cut clean and there is much less work to clean up after.

Good, but not 19 quid good.
These cutters are good, very good, but not 19 quid good. Still can't get to those really tight items on some sprues, but they're stillmuch better than the clunky cheapo cutters I have been using. It's the old story I suppose. Buy cheap, buy twice.

Modelling Sprue Cutters
Very sharp, well made sprue cutters for modellers. Good weight and shape but a tad overpriced IMHO, hence the 4* review.
