Finally found this after hearing great things about it. I have used it to seal various direct-contact-with-weather areas along with a potable water tank and it’s worked perfectly.The great thing about this is it is safe to use with drinkable water storage so you can use it on the connections. It’s flexible, so it won’t crack and it doesn’t peel. You have to put effort into cutting it with a blade.Easy to use, this stuff can stain so wear proper protection including gloves. For whatever reason HD and Lowes don’t carry this so finding it here was great. I would assume it’s a decent price, I just don’t have anything to compare to. Would definitely buy again.. and have.

I made the decision to replace the bedroom vent with a Fantastic-fan. While up there, I noticed how horrible all of 2003/original caulk was. I purchased this SIKA for the rain/water channel running each side of the camper. I bought Dicor 501 for around the Fans, TV and Radio antennas. (not an expert just a regular Joe), The first tube had some damage so it was returned and quickly replacement (thank you Amazon). The next tube was perfect and ready for use. I will say, this is a little harder to use than the Dicor but I also believe they are two different products for two different uses. You better have strong forearms and grip b/c this stuff comes out slower and stiffer :) as a result it will stay where you put it and wont self level. Clean up wasn't that bad but my clothing might be another story. (Would I buy it again....absolutely)

Ordered the aluminum grey colour for an aluminum trailer. Was sent the black colour but didnt realize it until after already opening one. At least i was able to get a refund on the three others but theyre basically useless to me as the black looks crappy on the silver aluminume

Whats leaking Maxx air vent? Bathroom vent? Over the air tv antenna, Dometic AC unit? Truth is, No one really cares what's leaking but you! Now fix it! This is the same OEM sealant that all the RV manufacturers use, so you should too. It levels and fills voids and stops leaks. Ask me how I know? Cause I had a leak and I fixed it with this goop! That's right wiseguy, leaks gone and I'm hanging out drinking a beer! Do it!

Used with a syringe to call seams seal vents and seat vista windows. Consider masking areas to get a professional look. Very messy to work with envy of towels and citrus cleaner used
