Only 4 stars because it took me 4 days to finally get it to link with my phone. I was probably doing it all wrong but there was no "reset" button on the back. It is in the front and you just cover the "hole" at the top. Eventually I had to unplug it and plug it back in. I did get it to work and it is perfect for what I need. I am a caretaker for my mom and sometimes through no fault of my own she ends up alone at night. I have all the emergency stuff for her but with dementia I do not know if she will use it so I bought this to check in on her. I thought I read where it will sync with up to 5 phones. Has anyone else tried this? I would like my brother and sister to be able to look in on her too. Thanks.

recently purchased this product easy to install and clear pics. Unfortunately I can not access my camera with out my phone being connected to wifi. I will return this since I i wish to access the camera without having to connect to wifi.

I have had this camera for about a year and I’ve had constant connection problems. To make matters worse, today I caught the camera moving on it’s own. I always have it pointed away from me when I’m at home, and I caught it scanning the room and then stopping to look at me. Pretty sure it was hacked.

Decent resolution and features. Note that it is 2.4GHz ONLY. No 5GHz support. Instructions have the typo's you expect from lower quality products (the camera quality is actually better than the instruction's) with TINY font that is barely readable. It looks to be accessible via 'AP Mode', but there are no instructions on that. Also no bar code you can scan to gain 'LAN' access, so you are stuck w/ their (not so) smart connection - via audible tones - which failed repeatedly for me and looks like some other users. I'd suggest putting $5 more into the product and develop the alternative config modes and include instructions that don't require a magnifying glass.

We purchased this camera to watch over our pup while we’re not home. The camera isn’t consistent, we have to plug and unplug the camera multiple times to get it running. It’s a waste of time each morning to get it working. Throughout the day the camera will disconnect (our WiFi works perfectly). We also have to open the app multiple times to get it to work, and when it does the screen is often frozen.The camera added more stress instead of easing them.

This camera can record everything so you can watch it whenever you are available. I like this feature best. You will have to buy a microSD separately, but this makes sense. The video quality is also good. I will recommend it to my friend.

PLEASE for the love of God do not buy this product. I couldn’t sleep for whatever reason so it was like 2:30 am and all the sudden i hear my camera move (I always make sure it’s pointed away from me when i go to bed) and i look up and the thing is pointed right at me. And I immediately got freaked out. I flipped off the camera 🖕 unplugged it and had a panic attack for like 30 minutes

The video works awesome day and night. The camera moves really good. The only thing is the audio. Lots of crackling noise when you talk from your phone.
