Gelert Nylon Tent Repair Kit

I bought this to repair a huge rip in the nylon fabric part of our trampoline net. Considering my three children put the net through its paces almost daily, this not only fixed the rip well, but is still holding weeks on. Very impressed. I will now be purchasing some more to repair one of the children's waterproof jackets and to keep in case we have any problems with the tent. The only slight downside was that we struggled to get it completely flat in places, but I think this was only due to the size of the rip and the difficulty applying it to the netting while it was still on the trampoline.

We bought a new cover for our gas barbie and after two years a small tear appeared. Not wanting to spend a load of money on a new cover we bought this repair kit instead and it worked a treat. A year later and it’s still in place. Would definitely recommend it.

I bought this as I had a couple of holes in my Harrods umbrella. I thought the green may be a good match, and at the price it had to be worth a shot. Well, it arrived and the green doens't quite match but it's close enough so I've done the repair. It seems to stick well, and is flexible enough to be folded and unfolded, so I'm happy with it for now. Time will tell how durable it is. The only thing, it doesn't seem to be Gelert, but Summit. this may be a non-issue, and it may even be exactly the same as Gelert's offering. Hard to say if this will be an issue with regards to colour matching with a Gelert tent, but at least you're aware of it having read this review.

I purchased this product to repair a rip in my wife's motorcycle trousers. I stuck the patch over the rip on the inside of the leg and it worked just fine. The trousers are now as good as new.

not bad delivery time disappointed there was no dark navy or black in it, i used the blue on one of the pony rugs as they keep ripping them, on top of my sewing to reinforce it and apart from a little bit coming off it seems to be holding well, yes i did take it off the pony to put on, the rug was washed and clean then sewn then patched , many thanks jean

These are great patches. Quick and easy to use. I used these patches to repair a tear in my camera bag lining, the remaining patches have gone into my tent repair kit, as I think they would be perfect for those small tears and leaks, due to how easy they are to use, and the fact that repairs can be made in seconds, ideal if your tent decides to leak in a down poor.

Very thin and don't stick.
